They cancelled my withdrawl request two times because of the KYC documents, my 3rd and hopeful final withdraw request with all correct verification info was submitted on August 4, on August 10th they emailed me and said my Bitcoin addy was not valid they only accept BTC address with 34 characters, I emailed back within 2 hours, on August 12th received an email that they will forward my new BTC address to payout team. I haven’t heard from them since. 10 days since correct address and nothing. I did contact live chat around August 17th to see what was going on they assured me that they would handle the matter ASAP. And then closed the chat. I think they getting paid too much to not do anything…will update if I ever get $$$

I have been told that my cards had the incorrect expiration on them, which they did not, probably 3-4 days of back and forth on this, so I ended up typing out the forms so handwriting couldn’t be misinterpreted, I did this probably 4 different times. Checked back almost everyday, KYC emailed me saying my withdrawal request was in process, and kept being told that my request would be escalated and to wait for an email update from their slots7 team.
