I have never had any luck with this casino. The customer service is very slow to respond and it can be quite frustrating. It mislead me and I thought I was able to withdrawal a large amount of money and turns out I couldn’t withdrawal any. Took over 3 weeks to figure that out. Disappointed

So far I have had a good experience here at this casino, however I've never withdrawn or gone thru verification so I don't have the full picture. But the platforms good and there are bonuses available. I will update my review when needed. Good luck!

I had to wait around a week or so at other casinos. Of course they said that some documents were missing, all Casinos do so, but I at least this time should be no issues since they specifically pointed me at the missing info they require. I personally would stay away from this casino. The only cash out option is a wire transfer which takes 7 days after it's processed. When it takes that long to cash out the chances of losing it all is high.

Thanks to Melissa N, at latest casino bonus, FINALLY march 3rd, my paperwork was accepted that i had responded with long ago. The Casino has said they will now process and send a wire to my bank, I am waiting to see if they follow through and how long they take, BEFORE i change the rating.
