Dislikesigned up with a $20 no deposit offer, played the wagering requirements, and made the deposit so I can cash out my winnings, but starting the verification process has me thinking this casino is going to try to keep me from being able to withdraw.

I asked them 3 different times about the documents needed, since i was depositing and withdrawing with crypto, and they said ID, P.O.A, and the wallet address I want to use to withdraw, I asked the C.S.R if I would be able to withdraw in LTC, and she told me yes, I sent everything in, and a few hours later as I was looking through the site, I stumble across this Payment Verification Form that you have to download, fill out and send with the other verification stuff, messaged CSR and he confirmed, I asked 3 separate times, and not once, was that formed mentioned. so i had to resubmit all those documents, AND I was informed they only do withdraws through BTC. so the CSR from earlier, lied to me about being able to withdraw through LTC. which is strange considering they accept deposits. after submitting everything for a THIRD time, I asked if they could confirm i sent the correct documents, to which i was informed that they could not check, and that i have to wait the however many days to find out if it was approved, and if not, I have to resubmit, and wait an additional however many days for them to look at everything. MY ADVICE? don't bother with this place. the CSR will omit steps to and flat out lie. i wish i knew before i had deposited. *this situation is still developing, so i will post an update the moment i know more.

Absolutely terrible. They kicked me out almost immediately for absolutely no reason. I never made multiple accounts, never broke the rules. Absolutely nothing. I tried to get ahold of them to figure out the issue and it was an absolute nightmare. They told me twice to email support and never heard back.

After few emails offering a free bonus if i verify my account, i got another email saying i can get a free bonus for my lost deposit, so i tried to redeem it and it worked, i have played for a while and got on win strike up to some big amount, even though i knew i could only withdraw 100USD from that particular promotion (as stated in the email), so i played for a while, then i wanted to withdraw my 100 win, that is where it began really kinky, i did ask my bank to send me statement of my account, waited few days to receive it, did fill the forms they wanted, did send the documentation they wanted and my account was still unverified, so i decided to contact them about it and i was told i have to deposit before my account can be verified. However i wanted to say i did deposit before, i have email from them saying i did my deposit, another email saying i cant deposit again until i verify my account, email with reward for my LOST deposit and for sure i DO know where i send my money when i do it, so noone should try to fool me there. AND it does not end here! Guess what, even if i wanted to try and deposit, my deposits are STILL BLOCKED.
