Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
Players who enjoy playing all the fantastic games in social casinos generally don’t think too much about their safety and well being, just because they aren’t required to make any purchases like in standard casinos. While you don’t have to spend any money here, it doesn’t mean there aren’t any risks and dangers involved.
The concept of responsible play is the industry’s number one priority, and you should always play responsibly so you never risk developing mental dependencies and addiction. This means that, every time you decide to play in sweepstakes casinos, you should implement safety guidelines into your sessions.
First and foremost, you need to understand that playing games for prolonged periods of time can lead to mental dependencies and addiction. Because of that, you should always limit the amount of time you are spending in sweepstakes casinos. A general rule of thumb is that the sessions shouldn’t last longer than a couple of hours at a time, and that you should always schedule regular breaks and timeouts throughout those sessions.
Secondly, it’s important that you implement strict budget limits in case you want to purchase some of the available bundles which you can often find in social casinos. You shouldn’t spend more than you would on any other form of entertainment media, which is why it’s always a good idea to place daily, weekly, or monthly limits depending on how often you want to play.
Players will also have the option of visiting SweepNext’s “Responsible Play” page where they can learn more about what it means to be a responsible player. There, you can read additional tips, guidelines, visit third party websites, or utilize several safety tools such as time limits, spending limits, and self exclusion.
For customer support, players will be able to get in touch with a customer service representative by sending an email or by using the live chat service, with the latter option usually resulting in a faster response time. At the time of writing this review, the website doesn’t support a direct telephone line.
If you’re worrying about your personal data being compromised, then you’ll be happy to know that the website implements the latest 128bit SSL and TLS encryption technologies.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
Reading the terms and conditions of every sweepstakes casino you visit is an important part of being a responsible player, which is why we’ve decided to compile a small list of important SweepNext terms of service:
- Underage players are prohibited from registering an account.
- The website operates in two different virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins
- Both virtual currencies can be earned without any purchases.
- Gold Coins can be purchased from the website’s store.
- Sweeps Coins can’t be purchased.
- Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for real prizes like cash and gift cards.
- The casino reserves the right to close a player’s account if it is inactive for a period of sixty days or longer.
- Promotions have specific sets of rules, restrictions, and requirements.
At SweepNext, you can purchase Gold Coins bundles by using two different payment methods: Visa and Mastercard. The same payment methods can be used to receive real prizes through Sweeps Coins redemption. At the time of writing this review, the website doesn’t accept any electronic wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank transfers, or prepaid cards.
Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for real prizes such as cash rewards and gift cards. To make a prize redemption, players will need to accumulate a specific amount of Sweeps Coins and verify their accounts by completing KYC procedures. All Sweeps Coins must be played through at least once before becoming eligible for redemption.
How to Get Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins
At SweepNext, players can play through all the available games using two different virtual currencies: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Right from the get go, it’s important to note that both of these virtual currencies can be earned entirely for free, which means you don’t have to make any purchases here.
Gold Coins are the primary currency you’ll be using, as they are meant to be used for fun, since they can’t be exchanged for real prizes. They can be earned through gameplay, social media giveaways, daily login rewards, the welcome bonus, by completing missions, referral rewards, or by purchasing some of the available bundles.
Sweeps Coins can also be earned through gameplay, daily login rewards, the welcome bonus, referral rewards, by completing missions, social media giveaways, or by hand written mail requests. Sweeps Coins can never be purchased directly from the website, but they can be given away as free gifts that are included in the Gold Coins Bundles. Sweeps Coins can be exchanged for real prizes.

I find this one dull and boring, lack of games others offer. They do payout well for daily logins and this seems to be the only reason I have stuck around.
