Mark my words though, if i had to pick one casino that will be like this one within 5 years- it is Mr. O. They would not cash out my wifes withdrawal of a THOUSAND DOLLARS because her elderly mom claimed a measly bonus under the same IP… if that was even the truth. Theres no way of knowing this though because they hounded her on verification for 5 hours before using the IP as a backup excuse when they figured out all of her identification was valid and verified 6 months prior to this. They put it back in the casino and told her she had to wager it after this entire mess… she tried 7-8 different games and not a single one let her win a penny after all this. Her wagering was estimated to be complete after she dwindled down to $15- theres no way of know this because they didnt add a playthrough to the account balance… they were never going to let her cash out anything… i have no doubt they cash out other people but they do in fact pick and choose when and who to cash out. Slot madness did not do shady business to the extreme until a few years later… Mr O is well on its way and id bet a thousand dollars they will burn on the blacklist like slot madness and associates. LCB closed my complaint on Mr. O before even investigating it or allowing me to submit evidence… i doubt they even messaged MR. O because of how fast they closed it. They literally just copy and pasted rules about multiple bonuses claimed under the same IP and were never heard from again… i was fond of being a member here until this because it proves they are just as biased as some of these casinos and whichever casino is bringing in the most traffic and publicity like Mr O is, they will not go against the grain in any circumstance.

Luckily I kept screenshots of what I did while playing and if anyone is interested, I’m gonna be getting an attorney to discuss this. Unfortunately Slot Madness is very deceptive and they need to be stopped. I made a deposit but what I won was fair and they took my money and my deposit.

I was quite pleased by their identity verification provider, HooYu, and the $10 LTC confirmation deposit was equally painless, but I guess that extra $10 was just too much temptation for them. Exactly two minutes after I requiested a withdrawal, it was cancelled without notice or explanation and the live chat option was removed from the site for me. Of course, email auto-response indicates that they may get back to me "due to the high volume of incoming mail." Fortunately, I'm only out the $10 plus some free chip winnings, but I'm nevertheless not too happy about it.

It says my withdrawal bitcoin withdrawal is approved, but talking to them they said 7 to 10 business days before they even send the payment out I thought bitcoin withdraws were supposed to be faster, so how many days it takes for them to get you approved and then another 7 to 10 business days before they even send it out that is absolutely ridiculous. That’s why we all use bitcoin because it’s faster. You don’t have to worry about the banks and all their excuses they use but of course more excuses so we’ll see how this goes.
