Won $2500 end of November- 6 weeks ago now going into 7th week.. Billing at red dog said it was credited back to my card on file. I never received. I checked with the bank and they had no record.The billing dept asked for my bank statement which I sent Dec. 28.

No one will respond to me now by chat or email The last two weeks they do not respond to chat, they do not respond to email and 3 different vip individuals have ignored me as well. I consider this fraudulent at this point in time. They basically stole my money. This is unacceptable and I will not go away
