I will update this so everyone can see the play by play of my experience with a larger withdrawal amount.

Took all my winnings asked for verification deposit I did that then denied withdrawal claimed they started me fresh so technically last transaction was a deposit player status even shows depositor. So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don't count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue?
