Took all my winnings asked for verification deposit I did that then denied withdrawal claimed they started me fresh so technically last transaction was a deposit player status even shows depositor. So I had a free promo from email and won again and yep denied withdrawal to many free chips. What! My last transaction was a deposit. Well I guess verification deposits don't count. Whatever they requested the deposit they count at other casinos just more bs. However at this time if they refreshed my acct or whatever I’ve only redeemed one free chip so what’s the issue? They would not authorize the requests to withdraw, eventually my funds in limbo werejust gone, They said I played them, after waiting months and contacting them daily. They wouldnt even let me use the massive amounts of comp points I had either. Dont trust them. The VIP Hosts, support staff, mysterious other departments are all crooks.
