They are very perticular about how they operate which is there right. Yes sometimes I have waited almost a month for a 600 payout from a free promotion an yes I had to jump threw a couple of hops as they wanted to wire transfer it but I didn't have a acceptable bank to take a international transfer. This is where I think it comes down on how you go about clarifying an asking the right question politely an respectfully. It also helps if you have a account manager. I should also note that if you do win big you will be excluded from free bonus offers for a little while but hey you just hit a big one.
