How, so I asked, when your site allowed me to go through the entire process and confirmed my withdrawal was no "On the way" pending review. I was very disappointed and attempted the wire transfer after confirming with my bank that they accept international wire transfers. However, I was rejected again by customer support for the a different reason "we don't accept credit unions". I wanted to share my experience because although the site endorses a simple, fair, and transparent experience, it is not. For good measure, I informed the customer support rep that they should inform the backend technicians that the option for check withdrawal is available upon cashout which is very misleading to the player, if that is not an option and it should be removed immediately. Don't play here unless you know how to circumvent all the withdrawal issues. I was advised by the support rep to open up an account with a major bank and pursue the withdrawal option but only after 30 days of having the new bank account open.
