I deposited £10 just to have a little play with and it wasnt credited in my account instantly which was strange so i contacted live support and they said i had to email a screenshot of my netteller account to prove the transfer of funds had been made. I decided against this and contacted netteller and asked them if you could do anything, i gave them all the informatation and 3 days later i got my money back in my account
