At the time I was waiting for my new ID to arrive, so I could not upload it right away, but they would not even allow me the chance to wait and submit it. Instead of working with me or giving me a reasonable timeframe, they simply shut me out completely. That is a lousy way to treat a paying player who was more than willing to verify once the proper documents were in hand. It has been about a year and a half since it happened, but the frustration is still there because experiences like that stick with you. I really did enjoy the selection of games and the overall platform, which makes it even more disappointing. If they had handled the situation with more patience and respect, I might still be playing there today. Unfortunately, once a casino shows you they will lock you out instead of working with you, it is hard to ever trust them again.
