This appendix shows the sets of money lines according to various families of sportsbooks in Las Vegas. The casinos in each family can be found in sports betting appendix 1. To find the money line of a favorite for any given money line on an underdog look up the dog money line across the sportsbook group along the top. For example, at an MGM-Mirage sportsbook if the dog is at +210 then the favorite will be at -250. Blanks indicate that I have not found a line yet for a dog at that line.
One problem encountered was an inconsistent policy within the same sportsbook. For example for October 3, 2004, the Hard Rock had the following lines.
Atlanta Falcons +170 / Carolina Panthers -200.
St. Louis Rams -220 / San Francisco 49ers +170.
So for two dogs of +170 the line on the favorite was at either -200 or -220. Similar situations were also found at the Rampart and the El Cortez. In these situations it is my policy to go with the worse, or more spread apart, set of lines.
