Good Guys Bad Guys
Introduction
Good Guys Bad Guys is a silly and fun poker game one might play at home games. I highly doubt you will see it dealt at any casino.
Rules
- Players make an ante wager.
- Dealer deals five hole cards face down to each player.
- The dealer then deals ten cards in the center of the table in two rows of five cards each. The cards in one row are known as the “Good Guys” and in the other row as the “Bad Guys.”
- Round of betting.
- Dealer turns over one Good Guy and one Bad Guy.
- Players must discard any cards matching in rank to the Bad Guy Card. The Good Guy card shall be a community card.
- Round of betting.
- Repeat rules 5 to 7 four more times.
- The player with the best poker hand, using whatever cards he has left of his hole cards and all five community cards.
- Note that if a Bad Guy Card matches a Good Guy card, players may still use the Good Guy card as a community card.
