Fast 3
Introduction
Fast 3 is a dice game by Gameplay Interactive. They have four games going at once. The game is very much like sic bo, where the player bets on the outcome of the roll of three dice. There is a new game every 30 seconds. There are a host of ways to bet, as shown in the rules section below.
The expected return ranges from 64.81% to 88.89%, so be careful about your bet choice, if you must play at all.
Rules
There are a host of different bets, as listed below. The order of the dice never matters. Every 30 seconds there is a new roll of three dice. Wins are on a "for one" basis.
- Specific three of a kind — Player must pick a specific three of a kind, like 5-5-5. Pays 181 on exactly that combination only.
- Any three of a kind — Pays 32 on any three of a kind.
- Three consecutive — Pays 8 on any straight (1-2-3 to 4-5-6)
- Two identical (specific) — Player must pick a specific pair and singleton, for example 3-3-5. Pays 60 on exactly the chosen combination only.
- Two identical (group) — Player must pick a specific pair, for example 3-3. Pays 11 if roll contains the chosen pair and any singleton. For example, if 3-3 is chosen, player would win on 3-3-1, 3-3-2, 3-3-4, 3-3-5, and 3-3-6.
- Two different — Player must pick two different numbers, for example 2-6. Pays 30 if both numbers appear. For example picking 2,6 would win with 1-2-6, 2-3-6, 2-4-6, 2-5-6, 2-2-6, and 2-6-6.
- One number — Player must pick a specific number, like 4. Pays 2.01 if that number appears at least once. For example, if 4 is chosen, then wins would include, but are not limited to, 1-4-6, 4-5-5, 1-4-4, 4-4-4.
- Sum of 3 — Pays 181 on a total of 3
- Sum of 4 — Pays 61 on a total of 4
- Sum of 5 — Pays 31 on a total of 5
- Sum of 6 — Pays 14 on a total of 6
- Sum of 7 — Pays 12 on a total of 7
- Sum of 8 — Pays 8 on a total of 8
- Sum of 9 — Pays 7 on a total of 9
- Sum of 10 — Pays 7 on a total of 10
- Sum of 11 — Pays 7 on a total of 11
- Sum of 12 — Pays 7 on a total of 12
- Sum of 13 — Pays 8 on a total of 13
- Sum of 14 — Pays 12 on a total of 14
- Sum of 15 — Pays 14 on a total of 15
- Sum of 16 — Pays 31 on a total of 16
- Sum of 17 — Pays 61 on a total of 17
- Sum of 18 — Pays 181 on a total of 18

Strategy
If you must play, the highest return at 88.89% is a tie between any three of a kind and three consecutive. A house edge of 11.11% is rather high, so I would recommend considering other games to bet on.
