The topic of responsible gaming is not addressed at all on the Riviera Play website, which is a major disappointment to us. We feel that all casinos have a responsibility to address the topic of responsible gambling with their customers, and the fact that Riviera Play fails to address this is a major oversight in our eyes. We sincerely hope the casino fixes this oversight moving forward.
Customer service is available through live chat and email 9am to 6pm, and I found the casino’s support staff was fast to respond to my request for help. The staff was also able to answer my questions regarding bonus terms, and they offered me another bonus that I didn’t see listed anywhere.
Looking through the Riviera Play website, I was unable to determine whether or not the casino protects player information using SSL encryption. The site doesn’t offer encryption on the top-level of the site, and launching the instant play casino was inconclusive in terms of whether or not encryption is present.
