Sevens and Joker Wild Video Poker

Sevens and Joker Wild is a video poker game I noticed at the Macau Palace (a.k.a. Floating Casino) in Macau in August 2007. The game uses a 53-card deck, including one joker. As the title says, both sevens are jokers are wild. The pay table there was the one paying 91.28%. The rest are variants of my own making.
