All I know about Qora Games' roulette game is this screenshot. The graphics look on par to what you might find on a casino game software from the 1980's and stored on a 5 1/4" floppy disk.
We can also clearly see the game has two zeroes, for a house edge of 5.26%. The single-zero rules are standard for Internet casinos, which carry a much lower house edge at 2.70%.
