They use any little loophole to not payout winnings beware even using ur store points. I had them close my account today cuz they denied my payout winnings.

Anyway, when I asked the support rep why this is, again there are no coupons available for my account right now. So I will no longer play here at Slotastic. It sucks cause I honestly loved this casino, it's games and bonuses. But I do not like the way they treat their loyal, depositing customers. Coupon codes are a great way to play with a small amount and have a better chance to win something and if by a slim chance I make it through the sometimes very large playthrough, you take away all the perks i had before I withdrew? That's dirty business to me and I won't spend one more time here. So if you ever what to withdraw and keep playing here with coupons, I absolutely cannot recommend Slotastic. They won't answer questions and refuse to reward loyal depositing customers.

I signed up and then immediately was blocked from playing or logging in. So I was unable to claim any no deposit bonuses, make any deposits, pass KYC and withdrawal. So that leaves me unable to leave an opinion on this particular casino.

Meh, like almost all the RTG casinos, payments almost allways take minimum 2 days for process, no matter which payment method u use, games catalogue is too a meh. 3/5
