Intirely top long for verification. Shouldn't take five to 7 days to look at 3 pictures one being a selfie & other 2 front & back of a drivers license.

While I understand the need for security measures, the casino's verification requirements were excessively time-consuming and convoluted. This prolonged the withdrawal process and added unnecessary hurdles, making it even more frustrating to access my funds.

I would honestly stay away from this casino and the other casinos that are sister sites to it. They are shady, the process to verify your qccount and cashout is too long and the games do not hit like some of the other real time gaming casinos.

Nothing about this site is special. Everything is just running the mail copycat our TG with no original style or flavor added. Many years ago when I join customer support was email only which is a nightmare as we all know.

Takes a month minimum to payout. In my most recent payout, they retroactively decided to count splits and double downs as exceeding the $20 bet limit so that they could steal almost $2000 from my winnings.
