Air Dice Software & 1 Online Casinos Reviewed
Air Dice is an online casino game developer that is based out of Helsinki, Finland and has put out a series of slot machines and bingo products, as well as a blackjack title. The company is a smaller developer, but they’ve managed to put out a number of high quality titles. Presentation is something that the group clearly puts a lot of emphasis on, and you can tell when you look at the visuals on the slots.
Despite their small stature, Air Dice has established a number of good casino clients, including the likes of Star Casino, Unibet, Betway, and more. Without a doubt, Air Dice is a bit secretive about their operations, but it appears that they certainly have a bright future, especially if they keep putting out games that are feature-packed and full of dazzling graphics.

The Air Dice web site doesn't have a help file for their blackjack game, so I can get so far only with the rules. Here is what I can say:
- Player may one to three hands at a time.
- Blackjack pays 3 to 2.
- Number of decks: Unknown.
- Dealer stands on soft 17.
- Dealer does not take a hole card.
- Player may double on 9 to 11 only, including soft 19 and 20.
- Double after split NOT allowed.
- Surrender NOT allowed.
- Player may split once only per initial hand.
If we assume six decks of cards and the player loses everything if the dealer eventually gets a blackjack, then my house edge calculator says the house edge is 0.78%. This is about as bad as it gets as long as the dealer pays 3 to 2 on blackjack.
The Air Dice web site indicates at least a dozen slot games. Unfortunately, they don't let the visitor try them most of them out. The only two I could play were Octane Overdrive and 24K Gold Reels. 24K Gold Reels seemed like your usual 5-reel game with a prize wheel as a bonus. Octane Overdrive is also a 5-reel game but has a multiplier that goes up and down, depending on outcome of the previous spin. I have never seen that before, which is not something I often say when it comes to slots.
Spirit Sisters is a very unique game. The involves four 3x3 frames. One at a time, the player will be given a vertical stack of three dice. The player may choose which of the four frames to put it in. The stack of dice will go in the left-most available column in that frame. The player get points by forming three of a kind in any row or diagonal. The win depends on the number of points earned. Get three bonus symbols in a row or diagonal and you play a bonus game.
Sorry, I have no idea about the strategy or odds of this game. My compliments to the mathematician behind this game, if there was one.
You can play Spirit Sisters for free on the Air Dice web site.
