It's been a log while since I played here at Roadhouse Reels Casino, but my experience then was not that good. I understand they are under new management, so I hold out hope that they will become customer-friendly. And offer a better initial bonus among other needs.

I like playing the Betonsoft casinos but Roadhouse Reels is a disappointment. They make you jump through hoops to get paid on a withdrawal and customer service is not very helpful.

I made a couple of bucks with the free spins and started to wager my winnings at the funny circus slot Roll up Roll up, I remember getting a lot of bonus rounds there. So I’ve raised my bets and went to the slot Age of Spartans. So I had wagered all my winnings and left 200€ in my account. I requested then a payout to Neteller. They sent me an Email about requested documents. No problem. They were approved quickly. Someone of their friendly support called me then to verify all my data (kind of annoying though) and my account was verified. I received then a couple of days ago 150€ due to a max cash out rule. To be honest I did not expect to receive any money from them due to bad reputation. Later then I made a deposit of 25€ and claimed a 100% match bonus but lost it very quickly at the slots Small Soldiers and Big Game. Then, the whole following week they’ve tried to reach me via a phone call. It was very annoying, I even did sent them an Email saying that I’m already verified, the answer was that once every three months they call players regarding new deposits to protect them and the casino.
