All of the time I've put into finding out what the heck is going on, if you gauge it based on what I get paid at work, they owe me twice what I've won. I hope the withdrawal process is the end of this casino because people don't deserve to get fleeced like this. They leave themselves so many loopholes to deny. I've been told 5 business days and 7 business day. I requested the withdrawal on 3/19 and was told 5 business days. One service rep apologized and said they would escalate. Everyone else has been like whatever, I Said what I Said..... Next! Terrible business model to delay payment. That's why people come back. To win and GET PAID. Meanwhile all of my money has gone to Mbit. ignition and Bovada and I've been paid in crypto same day as always 🩷. Usually in 15 minutes or less!! Skip Raging Bull. Update... It's 4/17/2024 and I reached out to check on the deposit twice. BOTH times they wanted the BTC address and because I didn't have it I had to provide a new one resetting the clock giving them an additional 24 hours. I will NEVER let anyone I know give these crooks money EVER.

I give this a no Stat rating for a reason. This casino is a joke I've have had 3 no deposit bonus where I meet the play through requirements and never did i get to withdraw they always had an excuse.

Sure is disappointing to see these guys landing on the warming list they used to be one of my favorites. I don't know where it all went downhill but my support has been terrible from them as well as of late when they first came out dynamite I'd spend my money there now not a a chance!

I was warned prior to playing at the casino that if you play with an all rules bonus, the casino employees and management do not understand that the games have weighted contribution. Slots always contributes 100% to the playthrough and blackjack is usually 66.6% which is equal to 40x slots 60x blackjack. my roommate said that she had a $500 free chip. 30x slots 50x blackjack. the playthrough was 15,000. These people cannot under any circumstances comprehend that $500 x 30 = $15,000. $500 x (.60%) x 50+ ALSO equals $15,000. The casino believes that each wager places reduces the playthrough equally. How on earth can they be running a casino and be completely unaware of this? anyways my roommate completed her massive playthrough requested a withdrawal. they declined it told her since you played 1 hand of black jack you have to wager 25,000 so go wager 10,000 more. They don't understand math I guess because a 25,000 playthrough when you only get .60 cents for every dollar is 70x playthrough black jack and 50x for slots. WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. Since the casino does not reduce playthrough the exact amount of what is wagered and they only reduce the playthrough .60 for every $1 dollar bet on blackjack. This is the math 500 x 50=( 25,000) x .60= 15,000. Wow!!!! 15,000 is actually 50x for table AND it is 30x for slots. Good lord people if you run a casino please for the love of god learn about weighted game contributions. and call real time gaming to do a wagering for dummies class. This is how it really is.
