This is the worst casino i have ever played on. I claimed a deposit bonus in first week of November last year. Finished wagering and ended up with 23000INR. I ask for withdrawal. And this is where the torture begins. They hijacked my balance for 2 months. Everytime i contacted them they kept feeding me with tomorrow. I contacted them via live chat and they would keep me hanging for hours. I made the phone calls from india to london and the guy who picked up phone was very rude. I received my money in December last week. In this day and age when casinos are processing withdrawals in minutes this casino hijacks my balance for two months.

The casino is only with one provider Playtech. But for fans of the software will like. The wager on the bonus on the first deposit is very large (it turns out in the amount of x60) so I do not advise it to activate. Website design is pleasant and navigation on the site is simple and easy.

indio is a really not so populair casino, but if you don't know them you miss out a big piece of great service, awesome promotions and a customer team that's ready 24/7 to help you out with almost everything! website looks really cool technic designed, wagering bonus is bit hard because of there high wager! they have huge section of payment methods available! and also withdrawal options! withdrawals are mostly processed Quickly;) really good casino to play if u prefer Playtech!

This casino is a few years old and I found Indio casino via google (google all playtech casinos). This casino doesn't have any no deposit offers so if you looking for one this is not the casino you are looking for. the currency for this casino is Rand (I think) and it seems a lot if you made a deposit here because of the currency. Personally I don't like the layout and I think this casino is a cheap one because of it. I let this casino as it is and let it be!

just love how this casino does not update the site wonder why. the winners on are 3 years old , is that because they have had no winners in 3 years or just dont care to update there site because they only wanna take your money. negative feed back to casinos where warranted will get it, this casino and group warrant it.

This has got to be the first casino with the India theme, and while I like the idea, it is poorly done. The site for example looks so 90's, with a bit weird graphics that are just not gonna work nice on new high-res monitors. I see that they accept Indian Rupees, so there's a strong chance you'll see many Indian players around. No instant games here, only downloadable version, and get this, you can order a CD with it! I have never seen a site that offers that option. Unlike the site, the games look good, and it is a Playtech platform with visually attractive and smooth games. I wasn't that impressed with the welcoming bonus (don't bother looking for a No Deposit Bonus, you won't find it), and haven't even managed to get through the WR. The support was decent, but I wasn't thrilled because for some reason I had to repeat every single question like five times. Anyway, nice to give it a try, but won't coming back soon.
