This place is ok at best, it had basically no free bonuses, everyone of their bonuses needed a deposit to claim. Big letdown

This place is okay at best.really wish there was a no deposit chip or spins to try it out. I deposited and lost everything pretty quickly. It would have been nice to try it out before I deposited my own money.

They offer a great selection of slots, however, no video poker :( I have dealt with customer service which was not bad, though a little on the slow side. Next thing I know, he has reported me for a cash back that never happened, and done everything he can manage to get me blackballed from any casino that will listen to him spew and foam at the mouth. I found out about it from a manager of another casino who is also a relative. He straightened out the mess and informed me that this idiot at Bet Phoenix was well known in the industry for his instability. Hope things have changed since then. My relative is out of the industry now and so I have no idea if the same man is still managing Bet Phoenix, but if he is, beware, and keep your hand on your wallet at all times...
