While no one casino is best or worst at all bets Microgaming offers equal or better odds on all bets except the 5 and 16 (Playtech is best). Boss Media is normally mediocre but they deserve special mention for paying 6-1 on a 2-number combination, resulting in a 2.78% house edge. Speaking of Boss Media, as of this writing the only Boss casino to offer Sic Bo is Player's Club. If you like playing the single numbers both Microgaming and Playtech pay 12-1 if all three dice match, for a house edge of 3.70%.
Overall the best bets are always on the big and small, paying even money, for a house edge of 2.78%. Of equal house edge is the 2-number combination at Micogaming and Boss Media.
World Gaming and Aqua Online offer unforgivably bad odds on some of their bets.
