One Click and Play

Last update: October 8, 2002

The following is the testimony I received from a player of One Click and Play, which is on my blacklist.

I started playing with real money on September 22, 2002 at 1cnp casino. They had sent me a spam email on the 18th. It sounded like such a good deal. They used paypal it said to deposit and withdraw in an hour. Well I deposited 50 dollars just to explore it. Sure enough my balance was 166.00 just like they said. I played a hand or 2 the went to the cash-out area and it had a cute little meter on there that said I had to play 98 hands to cash out. Well that was fair considering the amount of bonus I was given. I played and had a good time I would win some and lose a lot but had a lot of buffer with the 116 dollar bonus. So I kept going and I had a little over 40 dollars more than I started with when I completed the 98 hands I was suppose to play. So I tried to cash out. It wouldn’t let me cash out the bonus but that was fine. So I cashed out 90 dollars and I waited in an hour it showed up in my paypal. I had made 40 dollars. Well I decided to redeposit the 50 dollars back in there. And it gave me another bonus. This time I had to play 295 hands. But I love to play so that was no big deal. I played I didn’t do so well this time so I deposited some more and got the bonus again and this time I won again well I was betting more to regain what I had lost and it worked I cashed out 460 dollars. I was happy. Well I waited and no money I waited over an hour I emailed them. No response. It was very late so I went to bed. I emailed them the next morning and I was told that sometimes paypal had technical difficulties give it time it will show up I waited a few more hours and emailed them again. Then I was told that my paypal was rejected that paypal would not give back more than was deposited. Well I never heard of that and I got upset. All their advertisements show cash in your winnings in an hour not your original deposit. So I emailed them telling them I thought this was fraudulent. They emailed me back saying that it was paypal not them and that they would send a check for the difference. I said just give me back my 3 50 dollar deposits and put the rest back into my account to gamble with. They said they couldn’t do that. But they would send the check. If I didn’t think I would get the check then I was wrong! I accepted this I apologized for jumping to conclusions. The next email I got said they only deposited 60 dollars into my account because I had already received the 90 dollars the first time. Which I might add was more than my original deposit proving that you can pay more than deposited. Anyway that left a 400-dollar check. I was told it would be here in 14 to 21 days. I deposited some more I guess I should have been skeptical at this point but the truth is I had never been ripped off at a casino before and with credit card and paypal. I assumed that they would send me my money eventually. This time I had to play 588 hands I guess because I won. I played those hands and I won for a while and then all of a sudden I couldn’t bet less than 15 dollars. It was 5 to 50 now it was 15 to 50. I emailed them asking them to change it back. No response I won some more was up to almost 1000 dollars but still had to play a couple hundred hands. I began to lose and lost till I was able to cash out again this time I had about 400 available. I cashed out the 400. I got an email from them again saying paypal would not accept more than the 100 (2 50 dollar deposits) that I had made. The remainder would be sent via check on Monday. I already expected this so I said no big deal. I redeposited the money and played some more. I only won 50 dollars that time I was going to put it back the redeposit it for more money. It never showed up in my account. I emailed them. No response. So I waited on Tuesday I sent an email asking them where they were sending the check and when it would be sent out to confirm. I got an email back saying that I would get 35 dollars back in my paypal account to refund my final deposit. That would make us even and I would not receive NO MORE. I ask about the other money I was told that they were going to prove to me that in my words they were the crooked casino of the world. I sent back telling them I never said that and they should keep their word. I got an email back saying a word of advise never insult the people that owe you till after you get paid this case was closed. I sent many many emails, all to no avail. I told them I would start a complaint website just for the people they ripped off and that as a courtesy I would forward all the complaints to them. They sent me an email back saying do you want me to send the police to (my home address) any attempt to spam etc. I have emailed them everyday telling them I want my money every since I got another one after a couple days that said please don’t ask questions to things you already know the answer to. As of yet I still have my original money they did send it back but not a dime of my winnings. I was never accused of bonus abuse or any fraudulent activities.

I have all the emails I will list a couple below that I think you should see as proof.

Thank you for listening to me.

The response from One Click & Play is that they did what is within their rights under their terms and conditions to do, return a player his original deposits and close his account.
