Reason #1 why the Wizard likes Bovada:

Excellent customer support

The thing that separates Bovada from the rest is its customer support. Many other online gaming companies outsource their support. It can be difficult getting a response from them, and if you do it is often slow and handled by somebody with little understanding of gambling or even of English. But Bovada’s support is handled by Bovada, and their support staff is actually knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m so confident that you’ll have a good experience with Bovada that if you have a problem getting paid and you can’t resolve it with them on your own, I’ll talk to them myself. I personally have known the Bovada management for about three years and always found them to be professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have also personally visited one of their call centers so I could see first-hand how they handle customer issues. (More on my mediation service.)

If you have a problem with any other casino besides Bovada, I can’t help you. I get complaints from players of other online casinos every day who have difficulty getting paid. However that isn’t my job nor my problem. If you play at Bovada after clicking through my site I’ll stand behind you 100%. Any place else and you’re on your own.

Do any of the online casinos offer three card poker?
— Bill from Birmingham, Alabama

I don’t think so. I have never seen it myself.

What are some of the best online casinos to play blackjack on, with the following criteria in mind - Best player odds, fewest decks, fairness?
— Robert from Hamilton, Canada

Assuming you put the greatest priority on player odds I would have to go with a Unified Gaming casino. You’ll enjoy a player edge of 0.57% assuming you following the proper strategy. I list of such casinos can be found here.

What online casinos have Three Card Poker to bet on?
— Stacy from USA

None that I know of have Three Card Poker.

I SAW YOUR ARTICLE "EXPLORING MICROGAMING" WHICH YOU SAID IT OFFERS THE PAI GOW DOMINO GAME. I WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED IF YOU CAN TELL ME WHICH ONLINE CASINO OFFER THIS GAME. THANK YOU.
— Allan from San Gabriel, California

Three that I know have it are the Caribbean Gold, English Harbour, and Silver Dollar. Also, using all capital letters is rather obnoxious.

Ever wonder why Three Card Poker is not available online?
— Bob from Houston, Texas

It is still not as popular as Let it Ride and Caribbean Stud. I speculate when the software developers either don’t understand it or don’t think it is popular enough. However I get asked about Three Card Poker online all the time. The first online casino to offer the game is going to be very glad they did, I predict. (p.s. Since this question was published Three Card Poker has become available at most Internet casinos)

I just wanted to know if there is an online casino which has single-deck and in which the cards are not shuffled after every hand.
— Hugo from Santiago, Chile

I don’t think so, I have never seen any.

I’m looking for on-line slots that are nickels and dimes to play.
— Travis from Los Angeles, USA

Cryptologic casinos have one-cent minimums on their slots. Real Time Gaming casinos have a five cent minimum. Most other places are 25 cents.

Where on the Internet can I play Spanish 21 for either fun or real money?
— Reana from Fairport, U.S.

All Unified Gaming casinos as well as Global Player offer Spanish 21. Unified Gaming stands on a soft 17 and thus has the lower house edge.

Is there a computer game of blackjack that I can purchase that features both double exposure and spanish 21 bkackjack. I would like to practice both.
— George from Cresskill, USA

You can play both of these for free at any Unified Gaming casino. See my casino index for a list of them.

Hi Wizard. In your opinion, which sites offer the best payouts regarding video poker? Also, which software do you prefer for video poker? Thank you kindly for always being there with your indispensable wealth of knowledge.
— Barry from Brooklyn, New York

Two questions from Brooklyn in a row, what are the odds of that? The best video poker odds are with Microgaming and Real Time Gaming. It depends on your specific game of choice. Of these two I prefer the Real Time Gaming interface better.

Can you recommend a free baccarat game for the Mac?
— Anonymous

My webmaster Michael Bluejay is a loyal Mac user and has a helpful page about Macintosh casino games.

My all time favorite slot game is Spin 2 million at LV Grand, Monaco Gold and Club Dice Casinos. They no longer service US customers. Do you know any other Casino that has that game?
— Kathy S. from Pueblo

I’m afraid that 100% of casinos using Playtech software are closed to U.S. players.
